He drives transformation and improving business value by safe guarding the usage of the right solution and technology to improve business performance. Mattias watchfulness helps him to understand what is required in terms of spotting development needs and improvements to further support and develop the strategy. He has been accountable towards the Board of directors for developing the roadmap and strategy for new IT-services, as a member of the Group Management team for a listed company.

As a leader, he has been responsible for successfully reconstructing and leading organizations through difficult times. Many of his previous international positions have given him great knowledge and understanding of the complexity with matrix organizations and how culture affects the business. His strong and visible leadership has supported him to secure that the organization has a clear way forward. Mattias has a strong drive and is willing to be challenged to enable the organization to develop further. He understands how demand and supply organizations work and act with confidence, focused on delivering results and is not afraid to take decisions and a solid experience of managing large profit and loss for both national and international units.
